Looking Business partner for Entrepreneur visa

Hi Everybody,
One of my friend looking a business partner for Enterpreneur visa as his visa is expiring 1st week of December,2013 and he got MBA degree in UK university.
He got 25k and wants to be a partner who can have funds of 25k.
