Need Advise on Bank Letter Sample

Hi there
I have my personal bank account in pakistan and I will highly appreciate, if any senior will advise the bank letter is alright. Moreover, I will request to Zimba, please check my letter and if any mistake then i will make changes as soon as possible.

I have highlighted two of paragraphs. Please advise me i need to write both paragraphs in bank letter or i need to write just first highlighted paragraph in bank letter.

This is pretty much the letter from Annex E of the Tier 1E guide. However if your bank is not regulated by FCA, you need to show that money can be transferred to the UK.
