New company with Partner

Hello Friends,

I got my visa tier 1 Entrpreneur 50k PSW ROUTE Individual.

i would like to ask you some question:

1) can i start my business with partner ??
2) can i open new company and will it count for my extension?

i am doing this business because the amount amount is more than 50k, i will invest 50k and rest of the money my partner will invest? i don't want any trouble on extension.

I am no expert but going thru PG it looks fine as long as the 50k coming from you in the business and the other partner is not on the same visa

But my partner he is on same visa. he applied with his friend but they are no more working with each other.

That's the thing you see my friend even I am in a same situation and looking for answers for the same.
