One applicant leaves country and extension for other

What happens if only one applicant applies for extension as other has left the county?

Both got visa for £200k, funds were in joint account, all money spent, jobs created, all other requirements met, if only one applicant goes for extension will he get extension as other partner left UK forever?

@ helpingperson, the team member going for extension must show that he/she has invested the required 200k and also created 2 jobs. It doesnt matter if the other team member who left UK also invested some of the money, his/her part of the funds can be categorised as third party funding for the team member who need to extend.

You will need to get comprehensive letter to show that the funds are either loan or gift for your use if the former team member is not extending as HO might ask for source of the funding.
