P11 refused as replacement of RT FPS

Hi, anyone could help , I m still confused if FPS is produced for each employee on monthly basis? which means each employee thorough all employment period will have a couple of months FPS?

When did you apply? Are you going for AR?
As for FPS, usually a full payment submission (fps) is made for every month and includes details for each employee's salary and tax/national insurance contribution.

I think I will go for a fresh application as AR is very weak.
So FPS will be a lot of paper? I only get two pieces of paper from my accountant for 2014/2015 and 2015/2016.It contains information like my company name, the accountant user name, submit date&time, submit status, correlation ID, number of employees paid, and amount of employee NI, amount of student loan and final submission status. It only shows how many employees in total have been paid and how much tax, employees NI and employers NI have been paid in total.
Also, do I have to submit a director loan agreement? I didnt submit on my previous application and HO was not question about it.

Yes, send Director's loan agreement.

Fps can be summaries of each month or separate sheets covering each month, as long as information for each month that you are claiming for is included.

Dear all, I think I will go for AR first, as the HO did not carry on the full assessment of job creation. HO refuse to reward points for job creation because I did not submit the Full Payment Submission, regardless I have provided P45/46, P11, employees passport copies, pay slips. They should carry on the full assessment of job creation regardless of Full Payment Submission missing. if there is any evidence indicates that I have the documents but not providing due to common human mistake, HO should request the missing documents from me. I will load more details later on.

My AR has failed. They stated the same reason as before. Insisting that after 2013 only FPS is acceptable which is not mentioned anywhere in the rule. They returned my other documents but retained my passport. That confused me.
If I plan to leave how can I leave without my passport?
If I plan to resubmit a new application, can I do it without passport?

Yes, you can reapply without your passport. You can tick that it is elsewhere in the Home Office in your application. When the original leave expires, they keep the passport and it is returned at the airport I believe.

I think Raj succeeded because he submitted fps receipts such show that he is reporting rti correctly.
