hello there

My Entrepreneur partner going to apply ILR next moth but MY ILR due 4 month later. once he apply ILR either is any effect on my visa or not???
please could you help me out

Nop it does not effect yours, un less he gets new status and resigns from your company as a director.

got entrepreneur but my partner going to apply ILR

hallo there

Me and my partner got Entrepreneur but now my partner going to apply for ILR base on 10 years. but i have still 7 month left to apply ILR. My concern is

if he apply and got ILR is any effect on my visa because we are 50 50 partner.

please senior member advice me
