Hi All,

My document list is Here. I had no solicitors and am sending my extension application in couple of days. It was really hard work to get everything in time, required form and order. I’ll appreciate your suggestions. Please let me know if I’m missing anything!

General
1. Application Form/Two Photograph
2. Passport/Old Passport/Biometric Residence Permit
3. IHS – Number printout (Pending)

Directors Loan
4. Unaudited Accounts (3 Yrs) with Accountants report & My name showing as DL creditor/investors
5. DL Agreement
6. Business Bank Statement
7. Personal Bank Statement

Evidence to show you invested in a UK business
8. Director’s CAR & Filing History
9. Company Bank Statement – Last one month for two accounts
10. CT41G and Completed Tax return 3 Yrs (Printed online/signed)

Job Creation
11. Employees Passport
12. RTI FPS & Submission receipts
13. Payslips
14. Director’s CAR (Submitted above in No 8.)

Director of a new or existing company/Current Registration
15. Director’s CAR (Submitted above in No 8.)

Maintenance Funds
16. Personal Bank Statements - 90 days’ account above with balance £945

Additional Documents
17. Insurance - PI/EL
18. Evidence of Professional Membership
19. UK Degree certificate/transcript (Previously Submitted)

English Language
I have submitted my UK degree qualification at the time of initial application. What box shall I Tick on page 49 Section P -English Language?

Shall I submit my UK Degree certificate for English Language?

Accountant’s Letter
It says on the Form “Further information is required if you joined an existing business – Accountant’s Letter………..
Do I need to submit Accountant’s Letter as covering letter for accounts with his qualification / for job creation and/or for investment?

Looks fine. The following things you included are Not required:

IHS print out (IHS number must be given on the form)
Any of the Additional Documents
English Degree (just tick that you satisfied the English language requirement before)
No need for Accountant's letter as it has no value (unless joined/taken over an existing business)

It is not acceptable

Police registration form
And
If you were in any country 12 month or more in the last 10 years (except uk) you need to send criminal conviction record.

Police registration required only for people from certain countries.
There is NO requirement for criminal records during extension (only people applying from outside the UK during initial entry clearance !!!)
