Refusal and Deception

In my application I received deception due to company, however I won the appeal got my deception removed but the court gave home office 14 working days to apply upper tribunal if they are not happy with this decesion. But the home office did not apply in 14 working days now it is almost a month I dono what to do now. I also had a doubt will home office issue me visa or will they reconsider my application

dont worry if they did not challenge allow appeal within time limit ,they will issue u with visa
