Refused visa - adminstrative review

Got my visa refused. I plan on submitting for adminstrative review. however, the notice did not contain the address to which I should mail my documents. I applied in Hong Kong and tu documents were sent to Manila.

Does anyone know the address to which I should mail my adminstrative reivew form.?

After calling their paid service and visiting the local VFS global office. They told me to email the administrative review notice to manilavisafeeback@fco.

Is that the normal process for the Administrative review elsewhere ?

CAN ANY ONE SENIOR MEMBER PLEASE MENTION THE ADMINISTRATION REVIEW TIME LINE, IS IT MORE THEN 28 DAYS ?
