Hi all,

got the visa on 15.02.14
28.03.14 cam to UK
22.05.14 become a director of accompany, on the same day transfer 120k to buy 70% of the company share.
up to today invested another 140k as a director lone.
15.05.2017 will apply for extension.

IS THIS OK? I AM JUST WORRIED ABOUT THE 120K INVESTMENT!

Please advise?

No issues as long as the company accounts show your name as shareholder, if not then submit share certificates showing number of shares bought and price of each share

Yes it does show and I have the certificate.

What about the directors Lon it's been transfer in deferent time about 8 transfer, can I issue one litter?
