signed all fps, p45, p46, p60, p11.

CT600 corporation tax document if available
VAT Returns (if available)
business statement only those pages required which have investment transaction. i sent last 1 year to show business operations
personal 90 days consecutive maintenance
Master degree for English language points + transcript
Cover Letter
Accountant Compilation report
2 years final accounts + last year management accounts clearly showing Director's loan in the notes section under directors name ( compulsory)
Director's Loan Agreement dated before the first transaction of investment, signed by director and on companies behalf also by director
Employment creation report stating hours and rates of employees
Passport copies of each employee

P-45 when Employee started
P-46 if employee started without P-45
P-60 , and in case of shorter period drafted P-60
Payslips (during the period of your directorship)
RTI Full Payment Submission Reports (Please Provide all FPS from the date of registration of company to date ).

Second what is investment report look like i mean any sample . your accountant gave you breakdown of your investments. coz one of my friend submitted a seperately investment report / letter from accountant which dates investments made. is that one ?
