Dear friend ,I quite understood your feeling. You can ask Local MP to help you. Last year, my friend found MPs who can help to chase her case ,eventually ,she got permanent visa.if you can't take action nobody can help you. I am going to ask help from local MP if my case takes over 3 months.

she was tier 1 invester visa holder. Last year she got permanent visa .

thought i should share this good news with every one my t1 Ent extension has been approved after 9 months of wait, received my approval and bio-metric card in post yesterday. good news for those who are waiting for reply is that HO is replying now. i think most of the members of this broad already know my time line because amount of times i bothered them . would like to thank every one for their support especially Zimba, Napoleon and Celina.

my personal advise to those who are waiting for interview call, please be confident in the interview they will be asking you questions regarding your business not any one else's and mostly they ask you very simple questions. only key for successful interview is confident !

Many Congratulations ,it is very good news for us . It has been over 11 weeks without any response for me now.

Congrats mate that is great news. As I said before, in some cases unfortunately you need to wait much longer to get a response from HO. This should give impatient members some better view

Has anyone else also paid extra £200.00 for the Health Surcharge? and if yes have you requested a refund yet?
I applied in March and there was a problem with the website, so instead of £400.00 for two years I paid £600.00. After almost 6 months still waiting for the result.

Hello Guys,

As you all know, I made T1 Ent 50k Ext application on 15th Dec 2015.

UKBA sent me letter regarding documents damaged because of flood on 24th Dec 2015 letter dated 06th Jan 2016 and 24th Jan 2016.

Received one more letter for Biometric on 19th Apr 2016.

Done Biometric on 3rd May 2016.

No communication after that form UKBA.

Received IMM surcharge refund of £600 on 20th September 2016. As I paid £1800 for IMM surcharge before my application.

So, Now one more waiting game is going to start as I know that It's not confirmed that I will get my result soon with success or rejection.

Not gave any Interview also as there is no letter or email came for that.

Hope for the best.....

Thanks for the update Bhaku. Hoping for a successful response from HO.

There is NO such a thing as UKBA. It is UKVI and part of the Home Office.
You MUST wait to hear from HO which could take several months depending on the complexity of your case
