T1 ent (psw rote) ftt appeal refused guidance please

Hi members
My appeal in the first tribunal has been refused yesterday.
Main refusal points were
1) not satisfied will the funds in my personal accounts.
Told them that 24k own savings here provided (accounts report from accountant)
26k from brother in law reside in uk as a family inheritance ( provided written statement from him explaining each transaction he have done with no return deceleration)

2) business plane was copy ( in all business plane they just find two paragraphs been taken from web)

3) market research was not taken briefly.

In above of all ( not a genuine enterprenure)

Now I have 5 days to appeal.

So can you members please guide me how should I process
My appeal as I have already cheated by a law firm on Fee issue.
Now I want to gain some time to decide what step should I take
Eg reapply in same catogary or other
I do not want to be consider as overstayer
Any guidance will be much appreciated

Can you please tell me where was your hearing? I have got exactly the same refusal reasons. And my hearing is in this month. It will be helpful if you can tell me which kind of questions did they ask you? And what documents you submitted on the hearing?

My hearing was in Birmingham. Been asked about the transaction been made by my my brother in law
Why these transactions been made saperatly in 1 week time some silly questions
What market research been made
Why there are two paragraphs ( which are about %7 of my business plane) been taken from web.

Any way I am looking forward to the other members regarding my case

am sorry for hearing,my hearing is next month.. refusal rezone is the same ..please share you'r hearing experience ,what doc they ask you ?thax for your advice .
