Team Visa - Break Up

Hi Gurus

Please help me on the below

Me and my friend has kept a tem visa and was successful in 2013, we did business genuinely but in 2015 me and my friend got clashes and he resigned in my company. After my partner left From the business I have invested 100k into business and created 5 new jobs in the business.

My questions are

1 - I know I can apply for extension seperatly but how do I explain this to case handler in a letter
2 - In application form do i keep as a team or a solo

It's simple now you need to show all investement under your name including at annual account and at business statement

Thats what i thought sm12, will explain in a covering letter which I will send to HO. May be couple of lines should be fine, right?

Did you come in £200K route. As even though you did 'your half' you still have to have invested £200K
