Hi
I want to ask a question to the experts on this forum
If anyone apply asylum in the UK and while his application for asylum in under consideration, can he apply for Tier 1 Enterpreneur visa.
If yes than is it £50,000 he needs to show or £200,000 ?

No. Asylum seekers can't apply tier 1, 2 or 4. Asylum is the last option anyway.
