Tier 1 Entrepreneur 200k - fresh investment questions

Hi All,

We are in the UK and planning to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. Please help to clarify 2 grey areas:

1 - For fresh investment, should the funds (200k) be held for more than 90 days before you apply?
2 - Our funds should be held and disposable in the UK. We will funds in Jersey (Channel Islands) be considered as being in the UK?
