Tier 1 Entrepreneur After Appeal Allowed to Limited Extend

Applied in December 2012
Refused in September 2013
Hearing Date May 16th 2014

Still waiting for First Tribunal's Writen Decison...
In my case I was refused with only one objection,
And that was No Name of Business Owner in Advertising,
Material Provided.

I was also called by HO for an Interview before the Refusal.
I went all the way from London to Sheffield for an Interview.
I satisfied the Interviewer. Showed all my business,
Activity paper work, my new strategy plans along with,
My Main business master plan. I also gave a Advertisement,
In local NEWSPAPER for my business. The Interviewer,
Requested me to keep the copy of newspaper also.
Everything went good.

HERE IS THE TWIST.

On 14th on September 2013I received a letter from HO,
That was generated on 12th September 2013 in HO.

That letter said: The Interview you gave us in sheffield,
Unfortunate reasons we lost all the transcripts,
Plus the person who took your interview is no longer,
With HO. So we do Apologies. Can you please call on,
Number provided to book an another interview Please.
I called straight away on same day to book interview,
Again and guess what HO said?

HO "Sir please ignore this letter we already took the decison and you no longer Need to give an interview".

OMG they accepted the fault. And aplogised. I spent,
All my day went to Sheffield for that interview.

Than I received the Refusal in 17th September 2013.

The one and Only Objection was no name of business owner in advertising material provided.

I was shocked.

HERE IS THE CATCH.

Apologise letter lost of transcrpts issued on 12th September 2013
I received on 14th September 2013.
Refusal on 17th of September 2013.

Well my solicitor said my case is very strong.

We logged an Appeal in First Tribunal.

In hearing on 16th of May 2014 The honorable judge,
Said The decision is unlawful and I remit it back to HO.

The judge said HO should be given one more last chance to interview you Again.
Because HO lawyer was keep insisting to give them chance,
To interview me again.

I raised my hand in court,
Judge gave me permission to talk.

I said your honour I applied in 2012 and now we in 2014,
It is been ages since im pursuing this. I got plans.
Then again HO lawyer said to judge if you give whole decision in favour of appealent HO will challenge the decison for sure. And he will again wait 6 to 7 months for other decision.

So the judge said ok. I want to save your time Mr. ___ all I can do for you is. To save your time. HO wont challenge it if i send for reconsideration.

So I remit this case to HO so they can interview you and sort this out faster.
The honourable judge said. All I can say is I promise you that I will write in my decison to HO to sort your whole issue out within a month time. Ok? I said ok your honour what ever you think is best for me. Jusge said three time that dont worry Mr.___ wait only a month more. He even said again while I was leaving the court room same repeated only a month more to wait.

Still waiting for the writen decison. Dont know what to expect.

I just wanted to share this. And I want to ask you guys,

What do you think is happened in my case?

What is your expert advise and opinions?

Will HO again call me for an interview?

Will The Judge write what he said in court room about a month time frame?

Is it possible?

And does this happen to anyone else?
