Can you please tell us what kind of questions were asked?

Hello All anybody got any response from home office yet regarding thier extension application after interview

Hi guys,

Whoever has applied for extension..please let us know what documents you guys are submitting so it will be helpful for others but would not harm your application....Come on guys...Please share your experiences about extension.

Now a lot of people have applied for extension but they are just asking their queries but not helping others by easing thier way for extension.

Now Thing is, I haven't got any letter/email for interview. Nothing at all. Is it normal practice to interview only one team member or am I in some kind of trouble?
A team application goes to a same case officer or is there any possibility that different people handling our cases?
What is the time scale of home office to decide an application after interview?
Just to mention we both submitted extension application together along with our dependents.

Hi All,
I submitted following:
A. employees ids along with their payslips for whole 3 years
b. un-audited accounts for 3 years
c. accountant letter confirming jobs creation
d. 3 years business bank statements (requirement is only for 12 months)
e. application forms and passports etc
f. personal bank statements for 6 months ( requirement is only for 3 month)
g. Director loan agreement
h. statement showing transaction from personal account to company account as a proof to show that I made the investment.
i. My Business leaflet
J. My business card
k. Business insurance plus employee insurance
l.Corporation tax certificate
M. Hmrc documents as a proof that TAX is being paid
N. Paid VAT receipts
O. Business Website
P. Google's screenshots showing my business' street view ( just to show HO that business is really there under my trading name)
Q. English language certificate (even though i could automatically consider on basis of previous application).
R. Current appointment report from 1st month of visa to show that i started business soon after initial application approved.
S. Current appointment report dated last month to show that business is still running at the point of extension.
T. Full Payment Summary


As far as remember above all were documents. if i remember something else, i will let you know. My application bundle was around 3 kg (so much documents)

Thank you for sharing the information . I have one question does your company need to be in profit.for the extension purpose. and regarding about the interview what did they ask about business . plz can u share this information aswell,.

Hi Abdullah,

after interview how long did it take to get approval ?
My interview was done on 26th June and lasted for almost an hour. Lady did seem happy but dont' know what will be the out come !!!
