Tier 1 Entrepreneur...few questions

Post by SHAHZAD7861 » Sun Sep 27, 2015 9:37 pm

Dear All,
I have been following this page and always found some useful information. My questions are as follows, for the application outside UK.
1-200k has to be present for 90 conecutive days before submitting the application or may be a week before it is also good enough.
2-Secondly, does it matter if i have raised that money by selling my property (shall i attach the evidence of that with the application)
3-If team of 2 are applying, the maintainence funds should be present in there both accounts seperately or the collective amount in main applicants account is good enough.
4-Is the total points should be 70 or 75, i read 75 but in that case 25 for funds, 25 for there avaiability, 10 for maintainence and 10 for language makes it 70?
5-If you dont have any previous entrprenural experiance i.e, you always were in the employment can effect the chances of approval of the application.
6-And the last question is that applying the partners as dependents with the application can have negative impact towards approval.
I will be looking forward for this help.
Regards.

HO is only asking 90 consecutive days for the maintenance.
90 days of the bank statement (just before application submission) is required.
But there is no condition of consecutive 90 day holding of 200K.

Are you 100% on that?
Can any moderator guide me on other questions as well.

No. I'm not 100% sure.
But it is my best knowledge based on T1E guidance.

@ SHAHZAD7861, all the answer to your question are there in the policy guidance and you should read it thoroughly before asking question on issues that are not clear.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

If you are going to apply after 1st September 2015, you have to provide police character certificate of both applicants.
Secondly you should complete 95-points. Included TB medical test. Third, you both team members must keep Maintance funds separately not less then GBP 3310 for 90-days for each.

This is only true for "Entry Clearance" applying from abroad.

Applying within the UK ( leave to remain ) doesn't need to provide police clearance.

@Olasunkanmi & members, I have read the Guidance Policy Document (09/2015) and the Immigration Rules. These documents did not indicate that for Third-Party Funding, the THIRD-PARTY (not the applicant) should show access to the investment funds for 90 Days.
Also, this reply from Home Office to similar query confirmed that this is not a requirement:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... urce_of_fu

However, the lawyer I was planning to apply through confirmed today from Home Office Business Case Unit that the applicant needs to show a Audit Trail of 90-Days for the Investment Fund (200K) provided by or in the Third-Party account. I urgently need your understanding of this issue based on your experiences.

My scenario: To act as a third-party for my wife with our money not held in the UK. The Investment Fund has also not been in my account for 90Days.

Many Thanks.
