Tier 1 Entrepreneur Refused

Post by Muhammad2014 » Fri Jul 18, 2014 10:54 pm

Hi,
I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa (from PSW) in january2014, visa refused on june 20.
HO stated that balance of my statement was less than 50k at the time of verification which is correct.
I have sent an appeal and waiting for hearing date.
My first question is that do I need the statement throughout till hearing date or last couple of months statement is enough? (It was foreign banks statement and under my dad name).
Secondly, is/will there any impact due to recent ho new rules with immediate effect? If yes, is there any category where I can shift i.e tier2 etc
Looking forward to hear your valuable advice.
Regards
Muhammad

On what basis are you appealing the decision?

Whether you go for an appeal or try a fresh application, HOLD THE MONEY in you account from the date of statement UNTIL YOU GET THE VISA!
•12-Feb-2015: Applied online (Team), 200K, India
•13-Feb-2015: Submitted documents and biometrics
•25-Feb-2015: Received email saying that they need more time
•03-Mar-2015: Interviewed separately
•05-Mar-2105: Received docs and passport with visa stamped!

Many Thanks for your response.

Will there be any impact on my case due to recent changes in ho rules?
Also, can I switch my category to tier2 etc?

If your company is already trading actively then new rule wont affect you even if you decide to submit a fresh application.

You can switch to tier2 visa if you want to.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

even your dad has withdrawn some money, you can say in appeal that you withdrawn money to invest in ur business....if you can deposit same amount in ur business account.....
