tier 1 entrepreneur/upper tribunal

Hi guys,
I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur in July 2013 which got refused then after going through various stages of appeals finally I have got a decision from upper tribunal as well which says there is no further right of appeal in these circumstances. I just wanted to ask you guys what should be the next step should I go judicial review if yes how much time I have before I apply for judicial review.
