A. Company registration : 21st may 14
B. Positions (Team) 1. Business Development Manager
2. Sales & Marketing Director
C. 2 contracts before 11th July
D. Business Bank account before 11th July & 50K in Barclay's bank
E. News Paper add & website before 11th July
According to HO:
You have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that you do have access to at least £50,000.

Your stated job title of Business Development Manager does not reflect the services that your business is offering as the evidence that you have supplied for business activity shows that the core service of your business is whole selling of products.

It is there for considered that the job title you have chosen reflects only the work that you are undertaking within your business towards its administration, marketing or website function.

As such you have failed to demonstrate that the core service your business provides to your customers or clients involves the business delivering a service in an occupation at NQF level 4.
