Thanks. I am going to highlight as well as attached manually created spreadsheet with all information they want to see and then they can refer to this document if they need more details.

Can I ask you what would be my current immigration status to mention in fresh application? will it still be Tier 1 Ent. as it was expired more than 28 days before fresh application?

Your status is Tier 1E, your visa has expired so answer Yes to D6, no need for evidence as 14 days overstaying is acceptable.

I second that. This forum is very supportive and helpful indeed. I wish I had found it before my first application. Many many thanks to those who always manage to find the time to answer questions of desperate applicants here. Your feedback has been and always will be appreciated.

It seems ok too for me. It's what per rule says.

Hi.

It seems there is a habitual practice done by the HO that even though you submit the right documents. They would still reject the application.

to softwareluv - Obviously you have followed the rules and yet you got rejected application. You must prepare your new application like top notch. Because you won't get the third chance to submit as a fresh application. I know that if you were to prepare this to JR. Your chance might be high. But it would be to costly to do it. Most importantly, anyone would be classed as overstayer if there is no "leave to remain" when doing the second fresh application.

And yet there's been a veritable bunch of recent successes reported.
It's not simply about following the rules by rote it's about understanding and fulfilling requirements - and backing the case with unimpeachable evidence.

Several members have posted their examples in past week or two.
Here's one: http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... 21451.html

A couple were turned around remarkably quickly giving the lie to conspiracy theories about HO profiling and/or delaying tactics.
No funny business, no legal shenanigans and AR or JR nonsense involved, a noticeable absence of dodgy advisors;
just hard-nosed and capable entrepreneurs doing their thang (and presumably boosting UK GDP to boot).

In any case member is an active and diligent poster who won't need prompting when there is something worthwhile to say.

its Christmas season, everything will sloooowwwwww down. Expect nothing until new year.

This "any update" "any update" is non-productive and verging on obsessive.
The topic has no value and has almost run its course.

Congrats Softwareluv. In the length of the thread I lost understanding what exactly happened and how you solved it. Was it that you did not send FPS or that the FPS was no accepted for 1st application and AR.

And in new application what did you do differently? Did you amend FPS in external SW or what?

FPS submitted with first application did not have all information needed and HO did not accept other doxumenta to cover that info. So i had to generate new FPS report with help of sw provider with all details from xml saved for each fps submission. HO accepted this document in second application. I could see CW had left marking stickers in pages with start dates as they were in different months and FPS report was around 60-70 pages alone.

Adapting FPS is an important issue on this forum. Can you share a lot more detail on this?

Was the SW provider the same payroll provider as before or did you port it to new SW?

Same software used before, software provider added new report for this.

The previous report was FPS summary but did not have much details. The new report is simply raw print out of XML data saved in more readable format.

Attached below is old and new report
