No. You cannot apply for ILR using premium service under Tier 1E route.

Im visa is expires in may this year,i transferred my funds through solictor but in the guidance it says funds should transfer from you to your business,
Im genuine ent. as im paying taxes and running businesses,just because of lack knowledge.
Can i transfer funds now?in the guidance it says investments should be made in 3 years.

1) Funds must be transfer from applicant to business account via readily identifiable transaction(s)
2) Funds can be transferred during your initial grant.

My team mate did not maintained maintenance funds for last 3 months.
Does HO consider for individual applications or they consider together?

Maintenance funds are usually seperate for every individual
Even dependants have to show maintenance funds seperate
So am guessing for two individuals- seperate maintenance funds
Would be required
But dont take my word for it, as i amnot an expert in the field

Each applicant has to maintain his/her own financial statement while dependents can rely upon main applicant's fund.

Team members can only share investment and job creation evidence. The rest of the evidence like maintenance must to be submitted for each individual separately
