Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hello,

I currently have a Tier 2 ICT Dependant Visa. Earlier I had Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa which I did not extend and moved to Tier 2 ICT Dependant Visa.

Can I apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa again whilst I am on Tier 2 ICT Dependant Visa?

or would it be better to apply for my spouse who has Tier 2 ICT Visa to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa?

2. Your choice, but your spouse will be able to apply from within the UK.
