Tier1 (Entrepreneur) extension with share capital

I have transferred and transferring the money from personal account to business account. i am just wondering if we invest as a share capital what documents we have to provide for an extension?

I think you need to provide your annual accounts prepared by a recognised accountant which clearly shows your name as a shareholder who has invested shares in the company-at least the minimum required £50k or £200k within the time scale.

You can also provide share certificates in your name showing that you own shares worth £50k or £200k

Is there anybody who does share capital investment ?
Mostly people have applied for Extension via Director Loan (which is straight forward and Easy)...But stay tuned may be someone come up with Shares Capital option.
