time in which to transfer money to uk ?

i just wanted to ask that if you are in the tier1 200K category and applying from outside the uk
Do you need to transfer the whole 200K in 6 months to uk or is it only for the company registration this deadline of 6 months applies ?

@ raheebqadri, the company registration and self employed registration deadline is 6months after entering UK in the visa category. You can transfer the 200k anytime within the first 3yrs, just make sure you invest the whole 200k before you submit your extension.
