up to date bank statement

Hi All,

I am going to appear for hearing on Monday 20th October, 2014. could any one please tell me that Judge can ask me to provide fresh bank statement of £50,000?

my refusal points were
1) why the fund transfer to account just one month before the apply?
2) there is no proper market research.
3) I done MBA (Coventry University) and B.Sc Computer Science. (HO says that you don't have much experience for running a business development company)

so sorry to hear that you get rejected ..

Its very surpising however its not requirment of time period for 50000 money in account!!
Normally Judges dont ask about the money but in your case may ask , other thing if you dont have all money in your account you can tell to judge that you have invested little money in business for that you have to show some proof that you invested.

You can you pls let us your timeline and one more thing when did you register your company?

my timeline is following
Visa Application Submitted = 3rd December 2013
Interview (Sheffield) =7th January
Visa Refusal Letter=18th February 2013
Hearing Date = 15th May 2014 (Glasgow)
Adjourned Appeal because of change of address
New Hearing Date = 20th October 2014 (Feltham, London)

I registered my company on 4th October 2013.

Shall I take new contracts and other updated documents, or Judge can't accept further documents on hearing day.

I think having new contract is plus point that your business is constantly running and you are getting benefit of business, it may help you. if judge ask then you can tell him that u have got new contracts as well and research of market was not so bad..

To be honest these all things depends on how much you satisfy the court for winning the case.
