Uregnt investment qtn

Hi,

I wanted to know if I can invest in some franchise like subway after obtaining tier 1 visa? I understand that it has to be above NQF level 6 , so investing in a franchise like subway will it be considered?

it has not been mentioned if you on abt 50K cat.
qualifying business activity for the 50K cat.,is level 4 or above not 6 or above.
retail franchises your named do not sound qualifying business within 50K cat. but 200K cat.
even if it did qualify for 50K cat. where you are ready now to initiate the process wont let you apply considering the requirement business activities to have already been started before 11 July that in your case can not happen.
