Hi every one, I just done the interviewed in London today it was skype video. Don't worry . It easy and all question sample question
1)your name
2)date birth
3)your company name
4)why you register with company house
5) what is your business doing
6) any experience ?
7)how much spending
how to do advertisement
9)how many contracts you done
10)about your emoloyees , duty job
11）if your company failed , what you do ?

I have had my own entrepreneur visa ext interview held at aVFS office via a video call.
She explained she will take notes but cannot write everything down
first questions were normal one for example name,date of birth etc
full name of company
how long have you been director of company
What is your occupation (I asked since in UK or before, she said all)
what does your company do
How many contracts have you done. (we don't do contracts, so she explained the questions were set having contracts in mind therefore she will skip all contract related questions).
How do you manage your Time?
Who are my suppliers, my competitors.
Did I employ? How many? What are their names?
How did you get them, did you advertise for them?
Where do they work from
Did you have to train your employees?
Do you have plans to employ more in future? Will you advertise for such then?
Did you invest? How much have you invested? Where did you get the money from?
How much is your net profit
You do not have a website, why? (The only question tailored to my business)
How much did you spend on advert
Have you made any adjustments to the business?
When did you file Tax Returns
Have you paid any Corporation tax
Do you have an accountant? (I gave firm name) Who in particular is your Accountant? (I relate to two gave main persons name) What is their address?

At this point she said she will scroll through to see all questions are covered since she skipped some that are not applicable.
She read out some noted I requested she add some other info into what she had written.

I asked what next. She will pass notes to Case worker. I asked timeline, She said unfortunately she can't give, but I should note they are very busy at the moment.

I believe they have a general format of questions and a few tailored to each case depending on what they want to clarify.
In all it took about 50 mins.

i had entrepreneur visa ext interview (50k,own money).interview held via vedio link.
1: first 4-5 question normal one
2:who is ABC (ABC is my company HR manager its mentions on my company website they took it from there).
3:who is XYZ (XYZ is one f my full time employee).
4: XYZ is not your employee he is sub contractor (every things i send it to the HO but still she was asking).
5: how much u spent on advertisement so far.
6: last time when someone contact you for your services via your website.
7:about 50k.(50k totally comes from my own saving).
8:how many contract you did so far.
9:how mush money you get from third party.
10:how you manage to gave time to your business
11:how much share you get from third party.
12:you gave any health and safety training to your employee.
13:how money e,employee you have and how you recruit it.

I been to my interview today in London. Forum has been really helpful to prepare for the interview hence I thought it would be best to share my experience of interview too. Interview lasted for about 1hr and all in all it was very much about my application only. Interviewer asked range of questions from :
1. Business clients: their Names, what did I do for them, how much I have charged them, Invoices query?
2. All Employees I have recruited so far, their names and job roles?
3. Investment questions, How much I have invested so far and how, description of few investments?
4. current minimum wage and How much I have been paying to my staffs.
5. Corporation tax percentage, accountant details etc.

I found this interview to be very investigative as Interviewer has worked on my case in detail and had quite a lot of information available from the internet and other sources. I decided to be honest and given most the information as they are. since I have multiple businesses in UK he enquired in detail about them too and my business plan for future. I told him I do not wish to put all my eggs in one basket therefore I wanted to run simultaneous business too and they are doing well in compare to my core business. He seemed to be impressed by the argument and was appreciating my business zeal however not sure if they do this to everyone. He suggested it may take bit longer since they have lot of applications pending and I should not expect a speedy decision.

My suggestion to everyone would be get well prepared and read all the application documents you submitted. Please don't assume they would ignore few bits here and there. My understanding is they want to make sure that you know your stuffs really well and your business is a genuine one.

I am becoming more relax now because the case worked decided your situation .It should take very long time if they are gong no their holiday . I think they will contact us eventually .

I got the interview letter today, but i only have few days notice. my interview is this Friday at London.
I was told to go to one of their center . the letter doesn't say if its a skype or in person interview,

I can see, on this forum that most people had skype interviews.

can you please clarify?

is it worth taking any documents or taking our representative with us.

If it's in London very likely it will be via video.

You can possibly make notes but my experience says you will be more into answering questions hence won't really get a chance to write up.

Not sure about representatives but I didn't take anyone and looked unnecessary as well.

After a long wait.. I got the first interview letter dated 16/07 today.

Friday i have attended my interview for entrepreneur extension, video link interview and same questions.
Tip: you can take a documents with you or piece of paper( just to write down some information). She asked how much NI i have paid for my employees, i have 6 employees and i remember all but its a chance people forget so its depend how good you know all the numbers .
