Entrepreneurship is not the same as simple investment.
However this is not even about running a business;
its about fulfilling visa requirements in order to have the privilege to run a business in UK.

I'm not convinced that bringing the x employees who can remember the business details to a visa interview is going to fly.

And it seems the guys on the fishing boats are often the ones running a car wash or chicken fryup shack on minimum wage.
The ones who end up up a creek without a paddle.

I agree with noajthan,
Entrepreneur visa holder is not ordinary normal business people, enterprenuer holder can provide each and every informations to ukvi if they asked.
Say for example we provide employee data along passport copies to ukvi which is breach of data protection but ukvi has right to demand from us.
We provide annual accounts, director loans agreement, business bank statement, HMRC docoments, companies house documents which is by law we are require to provide to uk regulators and government bodies, so we need to prepared for any question regarding figures, information, data etc from ukvi.

All these cannot be asked by companies house or HMRC but ukvi is providing us visa which is now a days high on demand,

Interview. 11th August.

Applied: 16th may 2016
bio matric letter received: 26th may (dated 24th may 20116)
Bio matric done: 27th may 2016
Inerview letter received:26th may (dated 24th may)
Interview date: 18 august 2016


Anyone receive any response after interview????

My interview was held 10 august at edinburgh
The interview was about 45 mints. 1st few question were very common like they asked every one.
As my business was not having any profit so asked me why im still investing here as there was no profit last year? Other then that all questions were very common. It was my 2nd application. But he didnt asked me anything about rejection of my 1st application. As everyone said before just go through the papers u've submitted. It will be fine. And thanks to everyone who attended interview before and posted about their experiences.

Are you on 50k or 200k?
What was your answer to their question as to why you are investing when there is no profit?

Im on 200k.

It would be useful to know if those being interviewed have incurred losses and also whether they were interviewed during their initial application or not?

These might work as indicators for establishing potential interviewees for future.

Hello All,
Below my timeline.
Today i attend my interview its normal questions and it was in two parts.Skype interview.

First Part:

Personal info
Business details,
tax details,Employee details and their work in the business ,
how much you pay and how many hours they work.
Profits for three years ,
How i operate my business etc etc.
My competitions,How i fix currency etc.


Second Part:
English test info
normall same questions as people posted here already.
where you did,how you did,when yo did,why this,etc etc

If you understand your business and you know what you did then you have no issues.Lady was very nice and helpful she was saying to me that we are totally blind we only have question which we have to ask and then type what you saying and send this to case worker.
I asked in the end why within 8 weeks you guys are not replying and also not even given new time frame after expring 8weeks.She said its take time on this visa we have to dig about you etc etc.


Hope above info help for people and sorry for posting very short summary of my interview whole day was pandemonium .Please do post when anybody got the visa after interview.

Don't think anyone has received approval or rejection from HO after their interview.
Basically no news or response from HO after interview

Quite strange. I think people have been giving interviews since early March. Does that mean we are again in for a long wait after the interview.

dear all
thought i should share this good news with every one my t1 Ent extension has been approved after 9 months of wait, received my approval and bio-metric card in post yesterday. good news for those who are waiting for reply is that HO is replying now. i think most of the members of this broad already know my time line because amount of times i bothered them . would like to thank every one for their support especially Zimba, Napoleon and Celina.

my personal advise to those who are waiting for interview call, please be confident in the interview they will be asking you questions regarding your business not any one else's and mostly they ask you very simple questions. only key for successful interview is confident !
