Urgent Help required

Dear brothers.
I have a question if anyone can help me for that.. I was on PSW and applied tier 1 entrepreneur visa with with partner which was refused 2014 August , and my psw was expiring Sept 2014, I have applied Tier 2 (work permit visa) and bad luck the company gone my case is in appeal i am thinking instead of this hassle can i apple for the entrepreneur visa again???

if yes how much amount do i have to show 50k or 200k.. I have been into business activities for 2 and half years..
