Urgent please

Dear all

I have refused on basis of iimigration history and my hearing is in end of august.

Regarding immigration history director of firm already give written letter to court that i am working under my rules as i was on old style work permit .

I also put artical 8 as i am here from last 8 years and my daughter is under development already submit letters from school , council, her speech and therapy unit.

What are my chances as i got full number for tier 1 and still 200k is in my bank.

If i refused by judge what is next step for me as i don't want to leave this country and no body .

Atleast can you or expertise pease let me know what after we can do if appeal is not allowed without leaving the country.

@ tangy67, what is the immigration history issue that you got refused for, your posting is not very clear and that may be reason why no advice has been given yet.
