Urgently-Swapping From Entrepreneur to depandant visa

I am currently on Entrepreneur visa till feb 2016. I married british national last year. I am looking to swap my Entrepreneur visa to dependant visa as my wife meeting all conditions required for sponsoring dependant visa ie Finanacial n other conditions.
We are staying together from last one year since marriage have all profs and documentations.
Now whn I will apply to swap my visa do i need to show my company details and detailed paperwork of my company too? or as the visa rules says applicant has to be on valid legal leave to remain here in uk, not overstayer or not on short stay visa for applyn for dependant spouse visa from uk.
I am applying under FLR M , please advise . thanks a ton.

Hello vs777,

You do not need to show about your company at all. You just need to make sure that your wife's annual income at least £18,600 & do not claiming any benefits. You need to submit her atleast 6 months pay slips with proof of Bacs payments etc.

we are meeting all other conditions too. .Do i need to attach my personel bank statements?

6 x payslips of wife
6 x bank statements of wife
Letter from employer confirming income and employment
Employment contract
P60 FORM
Marriage certificate
Photographs of before, after and during marriage
Tenancy agreement, showing you have enough accommodation
My UK masters degree.
Utility bills in my name.
Council Tax bills in our joint name.
can you please tell if any other documents is required?

Trust me you need nothing to worry about, You are in good hands now! Forget about your Tier just apply for Spouse visa and provide your BRP that's all, no need to show if your business is running etc.

Hi everyone I need some help here.

I am appealing based on article 8 I have a British wife and child and my wife also has a child from a previous relationship so they wont expect us to move to my own country also because they are british.

I do have a problem as my wife is claiming housing benefit and council tax reduction because I had to stop work due to my visa application being considered before refusal.

Will this benefit claim be a problem at the tribunal when I go for hearing?
