I'd like to add that you don't need to be engaged in the same business as you proposed in your initial application. You are free to engage in any business you wish, and even abandon the initial business. You just need to make sure that you are always registered as director of a business which meets the conditions of your original route into Tier 1, that your business is active and trading, and that your investment funds are either spent or remain available at all times. Depending on how long you have been under T1, you also need to make sure that you are on schedule to meet the employment requirements.

Changes in the rules and the way they are implemented mean that anyone who is not genuinely and actively involved in permitted business activity will find it increasingly difficult to extend, gain ILR or in the worst case avoid curtailment.

N if the awarding body of that certificate was ETS Toeic.. If yes the interview proceeds further.. Otherwise its over..
Plus point: its a videolink interview so it doesn't last long
Questions asked:
U submitted toeic?
Where did u take ur exam?
How many ppl were present in the room?
Who booked the test?
How much did u pay?
The lay out of the test?
Etc etc.

So calm down.. N goodluck
Could you please tell me How much did u pay for the exam Thanks

If you don't remember then it clearly means that you haven't done it genuinely. I did IELTS in 2007 and I still remember the test centre, fee I paid and score I got.

I have received an email from HO today asking me to attend and interview on 13/07/15 relating to my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa which i got on 01/07/13 after attending the interview at that time also.
The contents of the eMail says
"We are currently considering your existing leave to enter/ leave to remain and require you to attend an interview for the purpose of assessing whether any of the grounds of curtailment under paragraphs 245DE(c), 245EE(c), 276BD1, 276BN1, 276BS1, 323 (other than 323(vii)), 323A, 323B, or 323C, apply."

I have no idea about this and have not seen any thread relating to this on this forum before.
Please advise what they could ask me on the interview and what documents shall i gather to attend the interview.
Thank you

It would be great if someone can share your views as it will be very helpful for others including me,

question is : Did someone got any further response or decision after interview?
