Visit visa for parents from Pakistan -Please help!

I am on Tier 1 ent and my parents want to visit me here in the UK. They will stay here nearly four months.

I read some guidance on visit visas but there is no clarity what to provide. Some details are here below;

Mom and dad, Mom 57 years and dad 63 years and retired,
Younger brother [self employed] and age 28.

My parents own properties and other assets [cars, home] which cant be left empty for a long time.

What sporting evidence, I should provide and what document will constitute ties with Pakistan.

Their intention is to meet us [me, my wife and my expected baby] and they will leave UK afterwards.

I really need your help on this matter.
