What all papers should be stamped ?

Hello All,

Thank you so much for the information you guys have posted here.

I read in the posts that some documents like FPS, accounts, payslips should be signed and stamped by the director and some should be stamped & signed by the accountant.

So may Please ask you to let me know who should stamp what ??


FPS/ payslips/ RTI/ Payroll summary etc... stamped by my company or accountant.

Accounts stamped and signed by both me and the accountant.

All documents relating to payroll, like Fps,p11,duplicate payslips,P45,P46, employee ID documents are all signed and dated by you however accountant only need to sign accounts and any accountant letters related to creation of employments.
You have to sign and date the balance sheet and other parts where director needs to sign.
