180 DAYS ALLOWANCE?

Post by muraxza » Tue Nov 25, 2014 3:30 am

Hello Experts

i got my first T1G visa on 13/may/2011 for two years then got extended for further three years which is going to be expired on 27/06/2016, now out of this duration i have spent almost 112 days out of the country but this was taken on every year basis and didnt spent not more than 90 days on any of my holidays. now question is these 180 days makes 6 months altogether so technically this makes 4.5 years if holidays do not include in those five years so do i need a extension to cover those days which i have spent out of the country??

Thanks

if you entered before 11th Aug 2011, then you will be eligible for your ILR on or after 15th April 2016, So no need another extension.

Suresh

do not worry, absences up to 180 days (not=w it is actually 180 per year) are included in those 5 years

Thanks Sagareva

My question is if one has exceeded over 180 days in a five year times so does he/she needs a extension for ILR?
