application for ILr- 28 days

Hi everyone,

my question is regarding the 28 day for ILR application please find details below:

second extension till 22/01/2017
5 years completed : 14 sept 2015

therefore what is the best date to apply for ilr in person ? after 14 sept 2015 or before ?

visa stamped : jan 2009
entry to uk : 14 sept 2010
5 years to be completed : 14 sept 2015
