B1 exam for UK equivalent bachelors degree holder by NAARIC

Hi There
I have some quaries regarding B1 exam before my ILR.
(1)- I have got my t1g visa from outside uk in jan 2011 and came to uk same month,,in my application I got 30 points for my masters degree from Pakistan as it is considerEd equivalent to uk bachelors degree by uk naaric that time.So do I STILL have to clear B1 exam before my ilr application.
(2)-If i am exempt from b1 so do i have to get fresh letter from uk naaric regarding my degree, as the current letter I have is 5 years old.
(3)-My wife still have to clear b1 exam so from where she can have that exam because i heard that from november there are some specific colleges which are recognize by ukba.
