Does one need submit a Change of Circumstance form to BA/HO every time one changes one's address in UK?

When to use the change of circumstances form

You should use this form to notify us of any changes to your details if you are in the United Kingdom. This includes:

* changes to an application before it has been decided;
* changes to an application after it has been decided; and
* the type of change, for example, to your contact details.

So you need to use this when your application is in process and you are expecting some communication from Home Office. Once you have the VISA, you need not inform them about your new address.

Hi,

Can this form be used to submit any additional documents that we have missed to send along with the applicaiton? I have just sent the application one day back.
I think I need to send an additional document. Please reply asap.
