Child Born in UK -Tier 1 Extn- Section K-Immigration history

Hi,

My Child was born in UK and made first extension in UK 2013 and got approved. In application we added comment saying "Baby Born in UK. Birth Certificate Attached". Hence didnt fill any of the K-Section at that time. After the first extension we made travel to India once.

Now trying to make second extension Tier 1, Confused on how to fill section K

 K10. How did you enter the UK?


I believe K5 / K6 /K7/ ..K13 are related to entry clearance made outside UK.

Please correct me if Iam wrong.
