ILR for Tier 1 dependent

Hello

My husband has received his ILR recently and now want to apply ILR for me and our children.
My question here is, what are the supporting documents required and does my husband need to submit his original passport and BRP? if yes, then what is the way if he doesn't want to send his original documents (he will be travelling frequently and will be needing BRP).

Also I would like to know the process of MN1 form for kids born here but holding Indian passport.

On what category did your husband obtain his ILR ?
