I am going to apply ilr March 2016
I have applied tier 1 general 2011
I worked for private Ltd company they did not paid any tax to hmrc I have ordered employment history from hmrc where employment is not showing for 2010 11
I have tried to contact employer but they closed business no contact
Now I have filled paper return last week for 2010 11 and send to hmrc where I have declared 2010 11 employment
I am very confused
Any help
1.hmrc will they accept my employment
2.shell I declare to homeoffice everything my self to save from deception

Am not an expert in these kind of matters..............try to see the solicitors who could advise you..........I think you have to speed up the process little faster............go and see the immigration experts.......
