Hi,

A very quick question. I have had quick look at the existing threads but couldn't get an answer.
Hoping someone who has been in a similar situation like me can answer it.

My question is, I am eligible for ILR but my wife is not. Can I book a single appointment for my ILR + my wife's Tier 1 dependant extension at premium service or should it be 2 different apponitments?

I have been trying the UKBA contact number but didn't get lucky.

Any help on this question is much appreciated.

you need to book 2 different appointments because of category and fee differences.

Spoke to the UKBA just now and they confirmed that it has to be 2 different appointments.
