Payslips doc evidence?

Post by abhisheks9 » Sat Apr 19, 2014 10:18 am

Hi all
Need opinion about different way a payslip documentary evidence can be provided.
At time of first extension i got formal payslips, but my situation is different this time.

After first extension i switched company and now again joining a new job.
Previous/Last company only gave me online payslips, and never understood what formal/official payslip means? :)

I know i can get letter stating earnings breakdown in company letterhead for period claimed, but right now i am not sure when will i go for extension, as it can be end of this year OR start of next yr when extension is getting closed.

Recently Policy guidelines has changed and requirement of stamp & sign is removed and replaced with need to accompany a employer letter.

Can i simply print online payslip on company letter head (suggested by a friend)?
Can anyone share their experience of extension without formal payslips?

Just trying to figure out different way of providing payslip documentary evidence

Thanks.

The stamp and signature on a payslip would make it an official payslip. It doesn't need to be accompanied by a letter.

@Tier1immigrant Thanks a lot for your response, but if you look at recent Policy changes, there is no mention of stamp & sign now. It has been done away with in last year's policy guidelines changes.
I am sure most of us receive online payslips, this is why i am asking members here, who recently went for extension, to share their experiences.
