Questions - Migrant Change of Circumstances form

Hi,

I have applied for Tier1 Extension in March. I am going for change of address now. I have received the acknowledgement having "Our reference number" in it.

Can someone please clarify what to fill in "Migrant Change of Circumstances" form,

Question 7. PBS reference number (if known)
NOT SURE WAT IT IS?

Question 8. Application reference number(if known)
IS IT THE ONE I HAVE RECEIVED IN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. BUT THIS DOES NOT FIT IN THE SPACE GIVEN.

You can put your HSMP reference number in Question 7.

You can leave it blank in question 8 but do send a small covering letter and tell them the application reference number you received in acknowledgment letter.
