Spouse Dependent Visa

Is it possible to apply for the dependent visa of spouse on initial 1 year HSMP visa (leave) provided there are only little over 2 months left of the sponsor's visa (leave) of the first 12 monnths visa?

Is there any such requirement of the BHC that the sponsor should have at least more than 3 or 6 months leave left on current visa?
