Teir 1 General Dependent Visa

HI All,


My wife is going to apply for tier 1 general dependent visa from Pakistan on next week. She has the following documents with her applciation.

1- Visa Application Form (Online)
2- Original Passport of Wife
3-Marriage certificate (verifed from forieghn office)
4-Marriage photos.
5-Two Passport size (Wfie)
6-Sponsorship declaration from Husband
7-Certified copies of visa and passport of husband
8-Certified copies of NIC Wife/Wife's father and mother
9-Maintenace fund bank statement (Main applicant, , £630 + £945, three months).
10-Tenancy agreement and survey report
11-Lebara Talk History/Uphone international call/emails/skype
12-Remittance Forms(Money transfer to wife proof)
13-UK Predepature Tuberculosis detection program medical certificate

Questions:

01- Do I need to attach my job confirmation letter from my current emplyer?
02-Do I need to show my salary salips (Main applicant)
03-Do my wife needs english language

Could you please answers for above mentioned questions?

If you include 3 months salary slips and 3 months bank statements along with above documents that will be good.
your wife don't need any English course.

Hi,

One more question, i think it could clear the situation.

My earning is £18,000 annully. Is there any specific amount which I need to show for applying my wife dependendt visa?

I got new tenancy agreement and i am paying £400.00 for rent.

My Indefinate is due on 06/04/2015.

No you don't need to show any income.
Income requirement is only for British citizen or settled person who applying for their spouse.
£400 pound rent is not an issue
