Tier 1 Dependent maint. requirement

Hi Experts,

I am on Tier 1 general visa for past 4 years and my wife is on Tier 1 dependent and she is in UK since May 2015(5 month so far).
I am applying for her visa extension next month.

Please answer my below queries-
Q1. She need show only 630 pounds as maintenance funds. Correct?
Q2. Can she show both mine and her bank statements to prove 3 months maintenance funds requirement?
